This is a full permission Open Collar designed to be worn with any necklace/unscripted collar or on it's own.

At the time of listing, P9 was the most up to date system however it is fully updatable at the OpenCollar temple.
Open Collar means open-source material, it does NOT mean if you wear one anyone can use it to control you. There is now a setting called Vanilla where you own yourself and no one else can use the collar to control you. When I found that out I had to make myself this collar because I got sick of having to reattach my mesh body every time I got changed! Now I lock it in place please see the Opencollar help page for instructions for creating lockable attachments.
