Improved operation table with new features

- 1 sculpted prim
- 16 own handmade patient poses
(most of the poses can be bought seperately in my shop full perm)
- poses can be adapted to each individual size
- some of the poses come with facial expressions
- cushion support is rezzed automatically with poses that need it
