If you look for something special in SL - this is the right home for you. You will live in a house with a beach in front of a rock grotto. There is a little island too. You can see fish and corals in the water and birds flying around....and a sailboat in the distance.The house has three levels that you can also reach by climbing up a rope from the beach.
You can customize everything - also the tp elevator: Open its content and add your landmarks.
The Skybox fits exactely on a 1024 sqm parcel. It is easily set up with a rez system.

Nice Hideaway
This is a fun and totally private little getaway, always sunny, all the time. Having said that, it's an old build and many parts of it look distinctly two-dimensional. I've used folding screens inside to define spaces. One strange quirk: an elevator door on floor 2 is a teleporter to other items by the maker in off-sim locations. Just right-click on the elevator and take or delete; there is normal wall behind it.

The walls have a bit of baked light in them but you can also select face and edit the walls and place your own texture. He built this so well that you feel you are in a bigger area than you are, and by implementing forced perspective it gives that kind of feeling. Thank you Felixx, even in 2020 this is a gift!!!!
Really stunning
I bought this looking for something different and I was not disappointed. The sounds are lovely, the textures are crisp and the ways you can furnish and use the areas are endless. When I rezzed it out I was really surprised and very happy I made the purchase. Whenever I review something, I decide if I would buy it again. This I would most definitely buy again and highly recommend it.

At first I was shocked with the price because I was comparing it to other sky-boxes that I have seen here in Marketplace. But after much deliberation, comparison and overall "experience" with the sky-box, I would say that it's definitely worth the price! I love how "lively" the sky-box is, waves moving along with the sound, birds flying as you hear nature sounds along with it, and the school of fishes scene underneath below is a great thing to look at; I have been using it for almost a week now and I could say that this is definitely a great hideaway place when you just want to relax and enjoy the tropical scenery within the confines of your screen.

Amazing build like most builds of this creator.
Yet one comment....His creations are always packed with light sources.
Even with Advanced Lightning Model checked the light is just too much. An ava with light skintone looks like a ghost...
The builds are modify so it is possible to change the light when you have some basic edit skills
