This is a great medium-sized tree with a lot of variety and will add a lot of visual interest to your garden. Comes with green, autumn and winter foliage, both scripted and unscripted. Mod, copy, no transfer, with copy-only scripts.

I'm sorry but this is just a pitiful looking little tree and certainly not worthy of the 15 prims it lays claim to on my sim. So, into the trash it goes as I will never use it.
