No. Absolutely not. This pack is identical to the freeware version.

I'll say that again: there is NO difference between this version and the other version.

"Er...so... the blonde in spectacles has finally gone loopy then, huh?" I hear you say. "Why should I pay good money for something that's no different to what I can get for free?"

Well, let me explain. You are very welcome to just grab the freeware version, honestly. I get a real buzz every single time someone chooses any of my boats. When I first went into this I knew that giving my creations away was the only way I'd do it; that's important to me because I have a real issue with how Second Life seems to have become all about making money. That's simply not my style.

Making freeware boats does have a real cost to me in Linden $$ though, because every time a texture or a test mesh needs uploading I'm charged by Linden Labs, and because I'm not that skilled it can take many uploads to make a finished boat.

I'll keep right on making and giving away for as long as I enjoy doing that, but here's a way for you to help out toward the development costs of future free boats if you like, by choosing this optional donationware version over the freeware one.

Whichever version of this pack you decide upon, please enjoy it with my love: I pray that it will bring pleasure to your Second Life, especially during these wretched troubled times.
