This almost-free tile set gives you everything you need to create basic single color tiles in a range of beautiful PBR finishes. Simply tint to match any palette or theme. Perfect for bathrooms, kitchens, modern builds, or backdrops.
Very similar concept to my "multimaterial" textures - But focused more specifically on tiles instead of a wider variety of surface types.

IMPORTANT TIPS!
Metallics can look drastically different indoors vs outdoors, in enclosed windowless rooms vs open-plan, in various windlight conditions, what they are reflecting, etc.
By default these materials are shipped with metallic set to max, and smoothness set to minimum, but that does not mean that is how you necessarily should use them. They are made in this way because it is easy to bring metallic values down or increase the smoothness/glossiness in-world by adjusting the values in the build menu, but NOT vice-versa.
By setting the material up in this way, it allows for maximum end-user flexibility.

Most of my procedural textures are built as Substance Smart Materials, which makes them easy to customize. I can’t offer every possible color or finish variation - but if you’d like one of my textures to match your build more closely, just send me a message (preferably with your chosen color hex codes). Every FULL PERM purchase includes one free custom color map in 2k + 1k. Additional requests are welcome at L$150 each. (NOTE: Not applicable to this set!!!)
More advanced edits - like carved details, chipped paint, scorch marks, dirt, moss, puddles, or debris - are also possible. These are more involved than simple color changes and are priced dynamically. If you have an idea in mind, don’t be shy - I’m always open to inquiries.
Terms:
Full perm textures may not be redistributed as-is, or in any form resembling the original package. You may use them in your own builds and distribute those builds in-world — but any included textures must be set to Copy/Mod only.
You may also download and modify the texture maps externally to create new textures or artworks. As long as the result is meaningfully different, you’re free to use it however you like. I lean toward creative freedom — just use common sense and don’t be cheeky. Credit is appreciated, but not required.

First and foremost - the pricing is criminal. That said, I absolutely 'stole' these at this pricing. These have a realistic depth and detail that elevates any build. I purchased them to 'try' on a modern luxe bathroom build - and they inspired me to go 'ham' in detailing the prefab's kitchen and personal spa. Honestly, I'm always excited to see what is released next. The 'Basic Tiles - Metallic Corroded' is codeword for 'schmanciest marble tile I could afford'. Its in the shower, its on the floor, its on the partition separating the bidet from the toilet, its on the inner walls of the linen closet. Yes, my build partner wanted to insert some input with the latter. I don't care - 'My world, my imagination.' Even if its gauche.
