This out off sim little island is specially made to be placed out off sim (this enlarge your land in a certain way) but can also be used inside your land.
Normally everything has mod and copy permissions except the scripts, so you can unlink and duplicate things as you want.
Are included a recent version 10 prims and the previous versions 16 and 8 prims.
The latest version is made of :
- Island - 1 prim
- Palm trees with shadows 3 prims
- Rocks - 4x1 prim
- foam - 1 prims
- caribbean blue water 120x60 - 1 prim - as the root prim
I suggest to not use it on a parcel smaller than 60x60 - This root prim should have his half part placed inside the land and the other half outside of sim.
If you want to add some of your own poseballs or furniture it's possible if your objects or animations can be linked to the island (but outside of sim, animations menus won't work because nothing can be rezzed out off sim).
You can see this small out off sim island here (copy and paste this slurl into local chat) :

Delivery problem ?
Due to many reasons in SL or MarketPlace, it can happen you have a delay in delivery or a delivery issue. Do not post a review if you don't have the product, I don't often read them. Check first your Order history (My MarketPlace > My favorites > Order history) and then, contact me by IM or notecard, I will reply as soon as possible.

yes Stuning, great look, low prims, low price !!!!! Thank you
Delightful off sim island which also works in sim too!
I set it up in our Fenos region - two in fact. A little tweaking on my part with one by the Ocean Tower, I was able to turn off/on phantom on certain pieces so friends can enjoy a cozy picnic on the little island.
Thank you, Anthony Gartner for this clever build!
Not impressed!
Despite the little charge, it does say you can modify the item. However, when you try to modify the island itself, it disappears completely. Well live and learn . . .
