Thanks for your interest in the Outdoor Livin Podunk Style set. The set requires a 10-12 footprint approximately. And needs 67 prim. The items are generally modifiable so you can trim the fat if you are aware of how to do that. Please be careful when doing this as you can effect the scripts. Not to worry tho, you have them copiable so if you mess up you can always re rez. :)
This set comes with the following.
The Outdoor Living fenced in area with canopy. The door can be touched to open and close. And if you hold down on the left mouse button for a few seconds a menu will come up allowing you to configure it. You can choose from slide to swing on the door, you can lock it, or choose access. You can add people to the access list and use /99 and the persons name to add them.
The hammock which you can sit in and rock back and forth when touched.
The community hand warming barrel which allows you to sit on a ball and another is rezzed across from it. 4 people can end up sitting on it in total. You can also use page up and page down on your keyboard to adjust your height and position. It will go through 3 male and 3 female positions. All the same just in different heights.
It also comes with a couple machine boxes that just look cool. They don't do anything but look cool. Its a tough job but a couple of prims had to do it :P
