The Outer Banks House is for those residents who are tired of seeing the usual glass and steel beach house within Second Life.
This house sits on top of pilings and comes with its own pier. There are 8 balconies, with the top floor balcony wrapping completely around the house for the best crow's nest view on the beach. There are five floors, each floor having a large 20X20 floor plan. Each balcony comes with sunsensor lights that turn on at sunset and go off at sunrise. The pier is also lit.
The build comes with copy and modify rights so you can remodel or change the textures to your liking. Each room has working windows that come with a 50/75/100 tint panes. The doors, windows, and lights use Paskis scripts and each room has a keyserver that controls it all. I'm including a chandelier, pier light and a canister light that have modify and copy rights so you can place as much light in each room as you like. Simply open the notecard and match the channel to the notecard of the keyserver for each room to control the lighting. It's that easy!
