Pleasantly surprised!
Normally, I get a little worried about low-price stuff; However, for the price, this is pretty great! The animations are surprisingly fluid and I'm happy to see that the lamp and ceiling fan actually function. Really helps the room feel more alive when there's stuff that functions!

The only complaint would be that the Ceiling Fan is not mod, everything else is great! Love it! ♥

After having and using this bed room set for over a year, i decided to re-write my review.
I still love this product and believe it's an amazing set! I've never had an issue with any of the items, animations/poses and still haven't come across any issues. I recently modified the sizes of bed and chair to fit my small frame and it was very easy to do and most importantly the animations/poses held up nicely to size change.The menu driven items are easy to use and navigate. I also love the fact that it's low prim and the texture design has fit most of my home themes without issues. My only note, is that I would have liked a mirror for the small dresser . I did make one and it was fairly easy to match the wood texture with the small dresser.So it's easy to incorporate other items when decorating with this set.
I love this set and there no doubt in my mind this designer has potential for big things

Disappointed! DO NOT BUY THIS!
I purchased this because i recently purchased the fan by itself and it was no mod so i searched the store for copy/mod and saw the set. Not worth my L$ and I want a refund! The ad says it's copy/mod but its not. I want what I paid for or a refund!
