We invite you to reclaim childhood memories of seashells, reeds-covered tiny coiling marsh channels and endless ocean waterways for relaxing great sailing while passing by lovely handcrafted dunes, beach shores, and cranberry bogs to savor the scenic beauty.
The New England Islands Estate is known for its beautiful and authentic replica scenery, historical lighthouses, water open to boating and flying for anyone whether you are Human or any other kind of SL creation like Bird, Fairy, Furry, Mermaid or Tiny.
New England Island Estate is also one of the founding estates of the United Sailing Sims of Second Life® (USS-SL) This is the grouping of over 200 privately owned sims dedicated to providing open water for sailing.
We have beautiful New England style homes on parcels of various sizes for rental by the week. They truly express the spirit and mood of New England, and they come with various numbers of prims; you can always add more. Our rules preserve the quality and peacefulness of our warm community.

One of SL's most beautiful estates
Well run, and one of the most beautiful estates in SL to live in. Full of interesting places to visit. What more can I say? I moved in in my first month on SL back in 2010, and I have never left. :)
Beautiful sims, beautiful people!
Not only are the sims beautiful and in character, our neighbors are wonderful, too! Plenty of sailing room, the parcels are spacious enough, and whenever we have problems--whether we need a pier, a few more prims or advice on installing security--friendly help is there fast, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
