This house is typical of what you would find in the newer beach communities on the outer banks of NC Large,, raised to avoid water damage and family friendly.

The Oyster bay is a fairly large house with a living room, dining room, family room and kitchen on the first floor. On the second level there are 3 large bedrooms, one a master with a fireplace and it's own bathroom. All 3 have nice deck areas for outside lounging or romantic dancing by moonlight. Plus a hall bath for the other 2 bedrooms to share.

The outside is the best feature of the house, with decks that wrap completely around the first level. On the main level you will find a screened-in porch, a must for any beach house. Also, in the tradition of beach houses, it has the outside shower for clean up after a long day of playing on the beach.

All windows and upper level doors have a built-in blind system that can be set to open, closed, half open or invisible . Also, both the upper and lower sash od the windows open and close on touch.

It's easy to see this sitting on a beach front lot anywhere in sl and would fit in great in a beach themed RP community.
