This structure is an impressive problem solver for mountainside parcels, water parcels--any parcel! The build's modern glass-and-bronze style is highlighted by the distinctive custom and best-of-SL textures you'll find throughout.
It's one object of 43 prims--just drag from inventory and it's ready to enjoy. Add the lockable doors (1 prim each) if you're security-minded. Many other extras included (read on!).
Three Touch-control units spread conveniently throughout the building let you change the window tinting from Transparent to Opaque, with two stages in between to let you customize your building.
Stunning waterfalls are a striking feature of the building; the sound is set to a low, soothing 2/10th strength. but since the waterfalls (like the entire building) are Modify-enabled, you can increase or decrease the volume with one number-change.
The great virtue of the build is the flexibility provided by the pillars---you can place this structure on a water parcel and give yourself an entrance from the sea, using either of the included floating docks; you can place it on non-flat---even steep hillside---parcels; or you can sink the pillars completely on a flat parcel, and enter the building through the scripted, lockable ground floor door.
The roof has a lockable entrance door, too; your package also includes an attractive seating area with scripted hassock cushions, as well as a stone-and-metal fire pit (with subtle fire sound and smoke) that looks as though it has many more than its actual 6 prims. All these items are copy/modify---make as many as you like and change them to suit your individual needs!
The photos show various combinations of all these possibilities---placement on water or on land, high or low, and with the tintable windows transparent or opaque.
