Q: What item am I getting?
A: See the picture for a "key" of possible items - see the product title as to specifically which one of them you are getting.

Q: Did you create these items?
A: No. All items in my shop are Gacha items. This means they were created by varied creators (and not myself) and sold as no-copy but transferrable.

Q: Why was my purchase not in the original box?
A: Most of the items in my shop were never opened - however if you do receive something either not in a box, or not in the original box, I can assure you that it has not been modified in any way - it simply wasn't able to be put back into the original packaging (or it arrived that way).

Q: I have a problem/issue with my item, can you help me?
A: Sorry, as I am not the items creator, I cannot troubleshoot it for you. Please contact the actual creator of the item.

Q: I don't like my purchased item after all, or I bought something for the wrong body. Can I get a refund?
A: Sorry, no. No Returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
