[P.0.E] - Custom Holotags

These holotags are designed to fit most avatar body shapes! They also include an extended bounding box, allowing them to be scaled very small.

The text on the holotags is customizeable, allowing for 10 characters per line, and different text on each holotag.

The tags and necklace are also recolorable via dialog menu, and the insignias are easy to change as well.

The hologram is also easy to recolor, and the tags are materials enabled.
