Usage:
INSTALLATION:
Rez the telegraph table.
Item should say connecting.
Sit on the chair.
Type in channel 1 "set address~NAME" ( NAME must be chosen it must have min 5 characters and not more then 24)
For example /1set address~Sheriffs Office
Telegraph table should print its name now in hover text and you are ready to send messages.

USAGE:
The table can be used by any user.
To send a message user must sit on the chair and type destination and message separated by ~ character.
For example /1Sheriffs Office~This is a test message*stop* Waiting for response *stop*

Telegraph will now check if the destination exists and send or refuse to send if not exists.
