I am using the BIRTH full body deformer. LEGACY ATHLETIC body. KRIS head. !!!!DO NOT WEAR INCLUDED SHAPE WITHOUT ALSO ADDING BIRTH DEFORMER!!!!
Please understand there will be a difference in appearance if you:
1/ wear a head or body other than the ones I have listed.
2/ decide to make your own shape / use standard SL height instead of going the deformer route.

This is for an AVATAR creation: 5 digits, wider body, smaller eyes, more body fat incorporated.
If you want to use this to make a Na'vi - please ensure you thin out the body, add larger eyes, forgo eyebrows for a stripe pattern, round out the features, and add deformer/mods for 4 digits on hands and toes.
IE: Jake's body type Versus Tsu'tey's or So'lek's.
