Difficult to understand
I think I definitely need some scripting knowledge to use this. It just is too difficult for me to understand. The instructions are not clear on what to do and where. I believe that if you have some understanding of scripting this would be a great item. Unfortunately for me that is why I buy them, because I cannot do them myself. So in my case I have gone from being quite excited to down in the dumps :(. A waste of money for me... I am just going to have to stick with what I know.
Exceptional Customer Service
I've heard of Spume for years but never met him until I bought this item. There's a bit of a learning curve with it, and possibly it would benefit from a little more detail in the description, but once you tilt your head right the script is GREAT (and any difficulties I experienced may well be more a reflection on my ineptitude than on the actual product). Spume was very generous and courteous. He went well beyond what one might expect. I also have a few of his sculpt products and he is without peer in that area.
