The Party Pagoda is a large clubhouse with a footprint of approximately 32 x 32 meters. It has a ground floor garage, ballroom, 4 bedrooms and a pool with patio on the top floor under a glass roof. Each room has a wall switch that opaques its windows; same for the pool area under the glass roof. Scripted lights turn on and off with a touch, and the scripted doors and shutters open and close with a touch. You can also open or close them all at once with the 'emergency lockdown switch' in the garage.
