A ghetto slum Motel or Hotel. Roughly 13mx18m building size and 23 land impact. This ghetto slum Motel contains 2 individual rooms, each with a working door, light you can change the color and power of with the [FYI] Lighting HUD, and a light switch to turn each room's light on and off.

You can customize the motel room drape color with the HUD, as well as the Motel sign colors. The AC/Heating unit can be controlled to make fan noises or to disable them.
