► Accept or download the texture set into your inventory
► Locate the folder labeled “Terrazzo Floor Tile PBR Material”
► Inside you'll find subfolders for both dark and light mortar versions
► Apply the Base Color texture to your object’s texture face via the Edit window
► Add the material maps in the Texture - PBR Materials tab
► Adjust tiling, rotation, and glossiness to suit your build
► Enable Advanced Lighting Model in Graphics Settings for best results
