Great quality, some quirks.
I've got a handful of this kind of product and this one is among the best in terms of actual mesh quality. The pieces are all linked which means they're highly editable, however, this also means (in part) that the kit isn't "Snap Fit" like ones where each component is a single mesh piece, because the local center position isn't aligned at all between the different parts of the kit.
What that means in practice is that you need to adjust by eye, and then use fine number changes after, as well as using link-edit to tweak pieces. Not a dealbreaker, but certainly a mindset adjust from something like the ubiquitous Isil Sci-Fi rooms.
I highly recommend this, especially do experienced builders wanting a very gritty style buildout, with perfectly implemented reflection probes, lighting, and textures all at a very competitive price. Will be buying more from this creator.

I don't always get fatpacks. If you don't either, make an exception for this one because it's great value, and it has all the things, and you're going to want them all like I did!
