[P&C] Dapper Vest Version 1.0

Vest and trousers made to fit Project Regalia body, the masculine version. Both vest and trousers can be worn separately.

Both the vest and the trousers have a texture HUDs included with 6 different texture sets for each. The texture sets have been created to be easily recolored using the included color HUD. Additional texture sets can be created with included dev kit.
