This shirt is made to fit Starbright’s Fitted Torso addon for Kemono avatars, it most likely won’t fit any other avatars or addons. Both busty and flat versions of the shirt are included.

The shirt comes with a color HUD, which will allow you to recolor various parts of it. A dev kit with UV map is also available for more customization. Make sure to try the demo to see if it fits you.
