It comes as a linkset (all modifiable, so you can move each parts as you want) and also, as single pieces, to create your own from scratch.

* Train wagons (A & B) : 0,5 Li each

About the land impact :

1 Li is the basic unity in the land impact count within Second Life. Thus, items that are 0,5 Li will count 1 Li after you rezz them.
HOWEVER, if you link them together the Land Impact will count each piece as 0,5 Li.

Be aware that the land impact may vary with the size.
