Set to copy and mod so that way you can redesign the textures if wanted. you must be able to edit your land for the lower half goes underground. this comes with 4 offices and a shooting range.(if you would like to get a better shooting range put in please tell me and i will provide a better one for you i say this cause i did not make the better shooting range.
you must create your own doors or you may ask me and i will put doors in for you.if you have any questions about this product please IM me and i will help you with whatever it is you need.
