PIRISI - Oakwood Cabin - 20 Prims

PIRISI Designs it proud to announce a brand new, amazingly ultra low 20 prim, very detailed and high quality log building called the "Oakwood Cabin"

A lot of loving time and effort has gone into creating a detailed building so low in prims that anyone may own one, either as a small home on a starting plot, or just a chill out area in their current garden.

The price has been set deliberately low so that it's easily affordable.

Overall size (including the steps at the front) is approx:
23.5m long x 12.75m wide x 14.0m tall, so it can easily fit on even the smallest starting sized plot.

As you can see from the photo's, the cabin is built on long wooden poles, so can easily be positioned at any height you wish, on uneven ground, perhaps with grasses, flowers, rocks, even a stream underneath, or even at sea standing in the water.

All the window frames are real oak frames (not just textures painted onto a flat surface) with real internal window sills so you may place photo's, ornaments etc on them.

Wooden steps lead up to the front door which is lockable and programmable so you may enter in the names of your friends, then only the people you wish can have access to the cabin.

Just outside the front door is a short horizontal wooden pole where you may hang something such as a wind chime, a hanging flower basket or other decorative item.

Inside the cabin you will see the many real window sills & also a large shelf above the special custom built fireplace.
This custom made fireplace will display black coal and 5 burnt wooden logs when it's turned of, but when turned on, the coals will glow red hot, many flames coming from around the logs, crackling fire effects & a lovely warm glow, you can almost feel the heat coming off it, & of course, smoke will come from the chimney outside whilst the fire is burning.

This is of course fully controllable, with a menu system that pops up on screen then you click on the logs.
There are 4 different level settings for the fire flames & chimney smoke effects to compensate for any other particle effects around you & pick the level you like.

This same menu system controls the transparency of the outside glass windows.
You may set from five levels between 0 to 100 or even solid black, depending how much privacy you would like.

The central room dividing log wall features a glass décor panel and by clicking on this you can select from 12 different colourful decorative glass designs.

Finally, if you look up, the roof of this cabin is supported by a full set of individual real oak beams

And all of this created amazingly from only 20 prims.

After purchase, if you look in the "Content" tab you will see four note cards explaining simply the door controls, the fireplace and window controls and instructions about how to make sculpted prims stay looking great from a distance.

Finally of course, this amazingly low prim Oakwood Cabin is "Copy" so you can create as many copies as you want, and "Mod" so you may modify it's shape, layout and textures if you wished.
