This is fitted mesh, so you cant move it!
Fitted Mesh has its limits! Shapes made at the limits may be incompatible with the piercings, if you make super thin lips as example then fitted mesh will follow and get squished thin too.

I did try the demo first and it fitted my Genus head so was pretty happy about that, looks really nice a big improvement on the one i had for my non mesh head

This is really nice. Fits my Catwa Koura head and the textures are great. And comes with a DEMO so I would recommend trying this.
