This Outfit use :PKD:'s new ARCTIC Technology.

You have the ability to let the full outfit shift/fade between colors or you can wear one of 20 colors.(just remove the transmitter to stop the colors from shifting)

What is ARCTIC Tech?

ARCTIC technology allows the ability for multiple items to shift between colors in synchronization when worn.

Simply wear the clothing parts and the transmitter included and the magic will begin. The transmitter will keep the colors shifting in sync, once removed the clothing items will shift to the next major color and stop. (ie:Blue, Yellow, Red, Green, ect. So the color change will not stop in mid shift between colors.)

With the ability to remove the transmitter the user has the choice of wearing a color changing outfit or a solid colored outfit. (There are 20 programmed colors in the ARCTIC Tech transmitters) This makes the full outfit 21 outfits in one!
