Y E S ~ <3 ~
No idea what Erika ( earlier reviewer ) was thinking to even bother write a review ?. These boots fit tmperfectly for my TMP body and I'm so pleased to find someone who thinks of us . It's harder to find good fetish wear ( the more edgey stuff) for these lovely bodies .
Great boots, but why TMP body exclusive?
So, I have a mesh body that is not the one from TMP but I decided to give it a try anyway: after all, it's a full boot and it hides all of the lower leg and feet, and of course, my mesh body allows to hide part of my legs; so I thought it might work. Well, it doesn't: the boot is too far towards the back compared to the lower leg, so not only do I have an even bigger gap at the back than anyone else, but the front of the leg pops out of the boot, and the alpha can't do anything about that.
Why, oh why, did you make this a TMP body exclusive? I have loads of boots, all specific to nothing at all, and all of them work with the classic av as well as with almost all the mesh bodies around. Sometimes, you have to tweak them a bit, but they work. I just can't see why you'd want to cut yourself from a huge pool of potential customers just because they happen not to have the mesh body you're using. This SLink-feet-only shoes were annoying enough, if we're starting to have specific items for every brand of mesh parts around for no apparent reason, SL will quickly become an awful place to shop in…
And to answer one of the previous comments: yes, the heel looks a lot like one that has been used by Similar for ages. Which is precisely why I wanted to try them on, since I love Similar shoes. It's not exactly the same though, so I doubt it was copied in any way. There are probably RL boots or shoes having this kind of heel, so maybe it was just a common inspiration.
Glad i got the demo first
The boots look good in the picture but the gap at the top is a big issue. Also the point on the toe area is not natural... It is too pointed and narrow making it look odd. For the cost of the boot I just feel I should be completely satisfied.
Be careful ladies...
My advise is to definitely try a demo before buying this pair of boots as it badly fits TMP fitted mesh bodies... I msg'd the creator and they said nothing can be done to fix that gap at the top of the boots...So be careful how you spend your 530L...I learned the hard way and now I am stuck with a pair of boots I can't wear!
Gorgeous and Elegant
I can't yet afford them, but as soon as I can, I'll buy them. I saw a review from someone who disliked the fact that there's a space between the boot leather, and her skin. I like that space, because it looks real. In RL, I don't wear boots that look like they are painted onto my skin. :) At any rate, the detail is exquisite, the heel is unusually detailed, and I can wear this boot with my dressiest clothing. A winner.
