Very easy to use!
Rez it, click it, pick a name and - tada!
Out come a bunch of red, white and blue fireworks that'll explode above the head of the person of your choice!
The fireworks inflict no damage at all and no push. They're not dangerous, just fun to look at!
You can fire as many times as you want, it never runs out of ammo.
