The POOTERBILT Call Bell System now allows your patients to rest easy knowing that their caregiver can be easily reached with a click of a button while they relax and await medical help.
1. Rez as many Call Buttons as you like in your facility (rez on staff group - only group members can log in/out)
2. Each Call Button can be logged in or out of by staff in the group, and will not interfere with one another
3. The staff name will show in hover text over the call button so that the patient knows who is assigned to them
4. The Call Button will be lit red when it is on and ready for patient use
5. When the patient needs staff, they simply touch the button, and it will advise them in chat that a call is being made for help. It will then send a private message to the logged in staff member anywhere on the grid (the staff may leave the sim if necessary and still get the call for help - the Call Button will turn green)
6. Every 2 minutes, the staff member and the patient will be reminded that a call for help has been made
7. Once a staff member arrives, they can touch the button to stop the call for help (it will return to red for the patient use again)
8. Any staff in the same group will be able to answer the Call Button, or take over the patient by simply pressing the Call Button once to answer it (turning it red), or twice to take over and log into the Call Button
