Great for an apartment building, office, shop/store, small event or business location. Can even be for multiple uses at once!
This building includes multiple floors and 1 preset apartment building with 4 rooms total.
Includes Experience Teleport System.
No texture HUD or texture maps included, can be manually modded and tinted if experienced enough.
Floors can be unlinked and removed or add additional floors. Same with the apartment, you can delink the whole apartment floor and add to additional floors for more apartments.
Experience needed to make these modifications.
Rezzer included for easy rez and placement.
