Listing is incorrect, says it is copy & mod, but it is NO MOD , making it too prim heavy for my use.

Dont waste your Lindens like I did, Is still only a 3 or 4 if permissions were correct. Also the seller and creator of this item has not logged into SL in a year, so expect no customer service, refund, or correction on the error.
