Rez a copy of your Apricot Paws Long socks on the ground in world then highlight them with your build tools. Go to the texture tab and drag and drop your preferred sock texture into the texture picture box.

Or, more simply, rez a copy of your Apricot Paws Long socks on the ground in world then drag and drop your preferred sock texture over each long sock.
