Romantic sparkles
I love the sparkle/twinkling lights and the opened rose buds and petals. It adds a whimsical romantic element to whatever you add it to.

yes! love this for year-round
Love the tones, very easy to tint and a great addition, shadowing included and still at a low 1LI. Great to mix-n-match with the other colors!
Great for parties, indoors, outdoors, year-round, will use again and again!
