TERMS OF SERVICE

You have not purchased ownership of the Sculpt Texture Maps themselves; you have purchased ownership of a license to use them under the terms specified. In purchasing them, you enter into a licensing agreement that the full-permission state is for your hands only, and that you will actively assist in protecting this license.

- You are explicitly not allowed to transfer the Sculpt Maps,Scripts & Textures to anyone else. Period!

- These Sculpts are to be used in your creations , the Maps are never to be sold separately (ie. Selling the Sculpt Map to a customer not in a build )

- You cannot modify these Sculpt Maps in any way for resale or transferring.

SCULPT MAPS (textures):
- you CAN use the textures to create your own prims, which can be used in the builds you SELL in Second Life® or on the xStreetSL(TM)
- you MUST NOT sell or give away the sculpt map textures to any third person in Second Life® or share these textures with anyone outside Second Life® including but not restricted to websites and other virtual worlds.
- we sell the sculpt maps protected by a SIGNATURE ALPHA CHANNEL.

SCULPTED PRIMS:
- you CAN use the pre-created prims in the builds you SELL in Second Life® or on the xStreetSL(TM)
- you MUST NOT distribute the pre-created prims or prims created using PRAVDA Dark Couture sculpt maps with COPY+TRANSFER or FULL permissions.

SCRIPTS:
- you can use the scripts to add to your prims to come to life, scripts are included as NO MOD / COPY / TRANS.
-for resale purpose of your build using PRAVDA DARK COUTURE sculpt maps, you MUST NOT distribute your prim with COPY+TRANSFER or FULL permission.

THIS IS A NO REFUND ITEM. BECAUSE OF THE PERMISSIONS AND USAGE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS KIT, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE REFUND IN PART OR IN FULL AFTER THE PURCHASE OF THIS ITEM.

LICENSE AGREEMENT

Purchasing these Sculpt Maps means that you agree to abide by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree or feel that you cannot comply, you must delete them and retain no copies of them. Violations of the license will be reported to Linden Labs under the American DMCA Copyright Act.
