PREFAB MESH "La Belle Dame" Queen Anne Victorian House from ANTIQUE ARTISTRY

I am pretty sure that this is one of the most beautiful prefabricated Victorian homes in SL. I took the photos that are used for the exterior textures, made all the meshes custom for this house, and made all the interior textures from images I found in public domain online image databases at museums like the Smithsonian Institution. Inside, the house is dark and soothing, with neutral colors against which your furnishings and lighting will pop. The rooms are huge - a sitting room with a fireplace, a back great room with a side porch, a sweeping staircase to the second floor which has 3 large rooms, two of which have balconies, and one with a round turret room. The smaller of the balconied upstairs ropoms would be great as either a bath room or a nursery. But with the open floorplan, yet enough walls for some division of space, you can make the rooms into anything you wish.

All rooms have Victorian shades on their windows that click open and closed. The window shades open and close by clicking them. The windows also open and close on the inside by clicking the wall that the window is on. When you click the wall, make sure to click away from where the window shade is, because if you click the shade it is the shade that will open and close.

The outside windows do not open and close.

You can texture the walls independently of the windows. Each room can be textured independently of all the others. The floors and ceiling though cover more than one room, so if you change the texture, you will affect rooms beyond the one you are in.

The window shades add 10 LI to the house. You can unlink/delete them if you want to reduce the prim count.

And yet the LI is amazingly low for such a large an intricate build -- only 146 LI! The house is one linked object, so you won't need to fiddle with rez boxes -- just drag the house out of your inventory and move it into place. It has a 26 x 36 m footprint.
