PREFAB MESH Tudor Village House - only 7 LI - from ANTIQUE ARTISTRY
This house is adapted from a model by RookieProject at http://www.blendswap.com/blends/view/67504.
The ultra-super-low prim tutor cottage started as an :outside only" prop. I added the inside, the door script, the fireplace, and two rooms -- one on the ground floor and one upstairs, reachable by a teleporter.
At 7 LI and since they have modify and copy permissions, you could make a medieval mesh town shopping center out of them. But with two big rooms, they'd be fun to live in, with lots of LI leftover for furnighing and decoration.
Originally 495 L in our inworld store, now available to you on MP for dramatically reduced price.

ABOUT ANTIQUE ARTISTRY PREFABRICATED BUILDINGS
Antique Artistry is a complete Marketplace based Victorian home and garden center offering Victorian houses, landscaping supplies, and antique furniture by two creators, Fatima Ur and Poppet McGimsie.
Antique Artistry has been in continuous operation, providing some of the finest builds in SL since 2006.
Fatima and Poppet have been building Victorian and other period prefabricated buildings the entire time. Together, they offered 4 full sims of prefabricated houses and landscaping creations until 2006. We no loner have an in world store, but our savings of $1080 per month in tier to LL is now passed on to you with dramatically reduced prices. We are able to offer original creations that are the same fine quality you will find in SL for a fraction of the price.
Our prefabs all have modify and copy permission, but cannot be transferred or returned. All of the prefabs we sell on the Marketplace come with Demo versions. These demos are exact replicas of the products. Be sure to examine Demos thoroughly before purchasing, since purchases cannot be returned for refund.
Nice little build
Like every Antique Artistry build I found this one built for the giant avi's of ancient SL, even though the build is mesh my 6' Avitar is shorter than the doorknob of the apparently 16' tall door. Shrinking it.. It shrank easy enough to almost standard mesh avi size, to go any further requires considerable skill at editing linked pieces, and rewriting the door script accordingly. Still it's nice and it's low prim and appropriately priced
Not Worth it IMO
Luckily it's cheap because it isn't truly modifiable. The porch, windows, fireplace and roof are connected so you can't stretch it without distortion or remove just certain parts. If you like the looks as is, its a decent little building, but if you want to mod the shape you are out of luck.
