A lovely stone cottage with photorealistic textured stone and wood and topped with a quaint thatched roof...its a wonderful warm home to live in with two big rooms, one up and one down, and locking doors. Click the ground floor ceiling to tp up; click the attic room floor to tp down. Take out the arched wall if you want an open floor plan. Interior walls texture separately from windows so you can have fun decorating. Set the transparency on the inner and outer window durfaces to control privacy.
This house is a great touch to add to your large plot or sim but is perfect as a residence on a 512 plot, and at only 52 land impact and 13x18 it fits nicely on most all plots, leaving lots of room and LI for furnishings.

Our prefabs all have modify and copy permission, but cannot be transferred or returned. All of the prefabs we sell on the Marketplace come with Demo versions. These demos are exact replicas of the products. Be sure to examine Demos thoroughly before purchasing, since purchases cannot be returned for refund.
Not as pictured and other issues
Firstly, HORRIBLE customer support, which automatically gets a 1 star rating from me. I write this review over a month after purchasing this product. IM AND notecard sent. Simple question-ignored.
The door texture looks like a cheap freebie picked up on the internet with a blurry lion head knocker.
The cabin texture itself is MUCH darker than the one pictured. About 3 shades darker. Painted on ivy texture??? What year is this? Alpha window textures...What year is this? The only mesh is the roof. I had to redo just about everything to use it. And the only reason I did use it was because I liked the slope of the roof. One of the worst purchases I've made in a long time. OH, did I mention the glitching between the upper and lower walls???
This is a perfect little cottage for those occasions when you don't have a lot of land to work with. It's a very well done build, lovely textures inside and out and has a really superb, warm and inviting atmosphere. If you don't need A LOT of living space and want something pleasant AND unique to spend some time in and around in Second Life, you can't go wrong. I have one as little getaway mountain cottage, and all my guests rave about it. Easy on the prims, too!
