PREFAB "The Lighthouse Keeper" Mesh Livable Lighthouse - from ANTIQUE ARTISTRY

The Lighthouse keeper is a unique little seaside house house made from mesh and prim parts. It is 99 prims but costs only 81 prims in land impact. It has a footprint of 11x18 m (excluding the light) and is 30 m tall.

It is a weathered old lighthouse that is slightly creepy and yet also homey. You can walk up to the light via a very tall tower of over 50 steps.Perch it on the edge of a savage cliff above a roiling sea for drama.

The Lighthouse Keeper has two rooms, both with open floor plan: a ground floor room that could be a living area with open kitchen and an upper room suitable for use as bedroom. There is also a full attic accessible by tp from the second floor.

The walls texture separately from the windows (except for the roof windows). You can use the textures provided in the included interior and exterior texture packs, or use your own textures on the interior. The textures in the texture packs have +copy -mod -transfer permissions.

The window window sashes can be raised and lowered using your edit tools. Open the edit window, click the edit linked parts, and then click the window you want to open. You will see that the lower part (the part the usually raises and lowers) is separate from the rest of the window, and you can raise and lower it. The "glass" in the windows textures separately from the rest of the window -- so you can make it opaque if you wish more privacy.

At 81 LI and 21 x 22 m. it fits comfortably on a 512 plot and leaves lots of prims for you to furnish, wide front porch and veranda. two complete living floors and a finished attic!

Our prefabs all have modify and copy permission, but cannot be transferred or returned. All of the prefabs we sell on the Marketplace come with Demo versions. These demos are exact replicas of the products. Be sure to examine Demos thoroughly before purchasing, since purchases cannot be returned for refund.
