PREFAB "Warwick Croft" Tudor Cottage

There are already tons of medieval cottages in SL but I still wanted to make one! Here is Warwick Croft, a Tudor era cottage. Built from custom meshes specially made for this home, and using original textures throughout that are worn and shabby for a moody atmosphere.

Warwick Croft is a 99.999% mesh build -- only the stone prim it stands on is a regular prim. The book in the window seat is a sculpted prim. All other prims are mesh.

It has a state of the art ( :) )TP system: click ceiling to go up to the next higher floor, click floor to go down to the next lower floor.

The house has with modify and copy permissions but is no transfer. It is 79 LI and has a 17x19 m footprint.

It is scripted to open and close its many shutters simply by clicking on them. You can delete the shutters for a LI savings, but **make sure that you do not change the root prim or the TP will not work properly**. Simply edit the house, have Edit Linked selected, then select individual shutters and Unlink them one by one. If you mess up you can always rezz a new copy of the house and start over.

Click the book to read and recline on the window seat. You can also add your own animation system to the cushion prim.

The interior windows texture independently of the walls so you can retexture them if you wish. The same is true of the floors. Some of the exterior windows (the ones with shutters) also texture independently of the walls. The others don't.

The two doors (main and tower) are lockable. If you look inside the door prims (in edit mode, select only the door, and click the Content tab), you will find instructions for that.

At 79 LI and 18 x 19 m. it fits comfortably on a 512 plot and leaves lots of prims for you to furnish, wide front porch and veranda. Three open-plan floors and a tower room with a balcony.
