NOT rigged - I needed it to be.
I know most people won't mind this not being rigged, and many will prefer it not be, so they can resize and position, but for my needs, rigged was the key factor.
The picture says rigged mesh. The title says rigged mesh. The description says rigged mesh.
Sadly it is not rigged and there is not DAE so I can't attempt to rig it myself. Very sad about this. Will happily update review to 5 stars if creator can supply a rigged version or a DAE file.
The actual hat is cute, the umbrella part is quite nice, the head gear part is meh, but not really important. I would be totally happy with it if only it were rigged. :(
