most everything went okay
Be VERY careful if you attempt to modify it. I lost at least two pieces in doing so and looks like may have to place each internal item manually, including modifying each one also to "fit" properly. IF I can get a copy with ALL the pieces from "seller" I will try it again WITHOUT modifying original structure. DO NOT even rotate or move it once rezzer places it. Had major "placement" issues when even doing simple rotation.
its a bargain buy at just $350, why I bought it, just beware any bargain often has severe limitations by default. I took a "gamble" and came up short. I'm sure most did just fine not wanting make it fill thier lots as i attempted to do with. I wish those reading ths have better "luck" than I have on this throw of the dice. Could ONLY give 2-stars, at best righht now pending "word" from the buildings creator/seller and will post a followup review in a week or so to make sure this has and ending you can read. So far, creator/seller talks a good "talk" lets see IF she can walk the walk?
