This is the Americana House with many mod/copy features. **FURNITURE IN THE PICTURES IS NOT INCLUDED** It has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, fireplace, white rustic kitchen, 2 flower beds, veranda and covered front porch... many of these items are detachable so you don't have to use them if you don't have a lot of prims..
(Detachable items include, kitchen, veranda, plantation frame, small and large flower box, and doors) it comes with an easy rez system so you shouldn't have any issues moving it to your desired destination..if you have any issue's please feel free to contact me. I made it mod and copy so you can change whatever you like.
Prim count is 85, house only.
It is approx. 25 X 25 meters!
Veranda is approx. 17 X 7 meters!

not impressed!
from the pictures the house looked really cute, wasn't able to see the house before purchasing it, it has no doors to the bedrooms and the textures aren't that great inside.. was really a waste of my L's as I had to go find a different house.. kinda bummed!

I really love this house, it looks just like the one I really wanted that was over 3,000 linden and couldn't affor and this one is evn less prim. I like that u added a low prim kitchn too. Thnx for the lw price.
