62 prims/LI if rezzed as displayed, for L$9 it is worth it if you are not new to editing objects.
Note: the land impact of all objects in this purchase, if you want it to look like the photo, is 62. This is a good house for L$9. To be honest, I am glad I didn't pay more, but for L$9 it is worth it if you are not new to editing objects. I would have given it an extra star due to the low price, but I also think the land impact of the photographed product should be noted more clearly. Some tips for buyers that may help:
- No rezzer is used, so ensure you open your viewer's build box before rezzing. This will help you move the grouped objects around together. The grouped objects come in two parts. Place the garden first, then the house, positioning it close to the centre. Afterwards, adjust the individual pieces until it looks right to you.
- I recommend changing the Physics Shape Type of link numbers 11 and 15 in the garden/paths from Convex Hull to None. They are hollowed prims which means your avatar will hover over the gap if they are set to Convex Hull. By changing this it changes them to a phantom state so that you can walk on the path within them. It will mean the edges are phantom too, but I think this is preferrable.
- I recommend changing the large trees to phantom to prevent blocking the paths.
- Unlinking or changing the water to Phantom or None does not work due to the Convex Hull-ing of the objects around it, so you will need to accept it as decorative.
