Plus I use a couple of the trees / flowers. I have tried a lot of houses - trust me if you are on a low budget this cannot be bettered. Ok its prim chunky but can be modified down in prim count
Its copy / mod. Retexture the floor with some nice wood and it's a really, really nice home
