Beautiful Divide Falls

Beautiful Divide Falls is an enchanting waterfall or sim-divider created with mossy rocks, three realistic waterfall streams, and numerous trees/plants. Easy to resize from tiny to huge, it comes with multiple versions --some versions contain a pond insert and back waterfall (to be a friendly neighbor and make their view pretty too).
The depth from front to back is narrow so it makes a great sim-divider or privacy screen between parcels, yet it looks good as a stand-alone waterfall too.
It's a modular system so that two or more can easily be copied side by side for a stunning effect. Each section at its largest size equals a quarter sim (64 meters) -- four sections copied side-by-side equal stretches across an entire sim/region (256 meters).
The waterfall resizes easily to a very small size as well.
Versions are included with a pond in front and a waterfall in back (plus these add-ons are provided as separate pieces).
The sound menu has multiple options and can be turned on or off easily with one click.

** Plants are not specifically tropical on this waterfall, but they fit tropical locations as they are not too distinct or prominent. However the included 'no plants version' can be used in tropical locations if preferred.
