Be Careful - Hobbit house is fine But
The rezing of the hobbit house went fine. But when using the clean function it took away other structures on the sim with it. Can't use it because it made a mess of other structures. I now have a lot of work to reconstruct. Dang!!!

I absolutely love this little house. It is so charming and beautiful details! The extra trees and grass it comes with is a nice extra touch. The furniture inside is adorable! Easy to set up as well. Good price.
