Duplex is Approx. 27x28 meters and will rezz a total Li of 480 prims (with included items that may be removed for 240Li), please be sure you have enough space & prims available.

*To Open the Boxed Duplex simply ADD & CLICK The packaged BOX named "{P.S.} Modern Duplex (ADD & CLICK)".
This will create a new folder in your inventory with the same name.

*The duplex size is approx. 27x28m
*Unfurnished land impact (prim) is 240 ~118 each apartment & 4 for divider.
*Extra Removable Items (Fans, Appliances, Furniture, Plants, Etc) land impact is 240 (Total w/Duplex & Items is 480)
*Each Duplex Apartment has 3 bedrooms
*Extra room on bottom level can be used as a 4th bedroom or whatever you prefer.
*Each Building can be used separately, the divider between the apartments can be removed.
